Our Story

Welcome to One Anchor Coffee, LLC! We are a coffee roasting business that is dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality coffee and excellent customer service, all while honoring and glorifying God. 

My passion for coffee roasting started in 2014 when I started roasting coffee for my seminary and since then I have been dedicated to perfecting my craft and bringing the best coffee to my customers.

This passion led my wife Erin and I to start One Anchor Coffee in the Fall of 2022. As a 21-year Navy Veteran and an E.R. nurse turned stay-at-home mom to our four children, we bring unique perspectives and experiences to the table. Our goal is to open a brick and mortar coffee shop in 2030 where we can add the elements of face to face community and ministry to what we already offer.

The name "One Anchor" has a special meaning for us. As Christians, we believe that God is our one true anchor in every area of life. The nautical theme of the name also reflects Erin's love of the ocean.
